西药不合理联用的药师药学干预对策分析

摘要

目的 探究西药不合理联用的药师药学干预和对策。方法 选择2023年1月份至2023年12月份我院收治的100例需要西药联合用药的患者进行研究，随机分成对照组和实验组，每组50例患者，对照组不提供药师药学干预，实验组提供药师药学干预，对比两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率、抗菌药物的使用率以及临床指标。结果 实验组患者的治疗效果优于对照组，P<0.05，实验组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组，P<0.05，实验组患者抗菌药使用率低于对照组，P<0.05。结论 对临床西药不合理联用期间提供药师药学干预，可以提升患者的治疗效果，降低不良反应的产生，减少抗菌药物的使用率，满足了患者的治疗需求。

Abstract

Objective To explore the pharmacists' pharmaceutical intervention and countermeasures of irrational combination of Western medicines.
Methods A total of 100 patients in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 who needed combination of western medicine were selected for study, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. Pharmacists' pharmaceutical intervention was not provided in the control group, while pharmacists' pharmaceutical intervention was provided in the experimental group. The therapeutic effect, incidence of adverse reactions, utilization rate of antibiotics and clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.
Results The treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, P<0.05; the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05; the utilization rate of antimicrobial drugs in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Providing pharmacists with pharmaceutical intervention during the irrational combination of Western medicines can improve the therapeutic effect of patients, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, reduce the utilization rate of antibacterial drugs, and meet the treatment needs of patients.
