Clinical evaluation of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease
胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律不齐的临床疗效评析

摘要

目的 分析治疗冠心病心律不剂时联合应用胺碘酮和美托洛尔的效果。方法 抽取2023年1月-2024年1月期间我院收治的冠心病心律不齐患者80例，以随机信封法分组，仅使用胺碘酮治疗的患者为对照组（n=40），在此基础上增加服用美托洛尔的患者为观察组（n=40），对比治疗效果，评估患者的心功能指标，分析患者的不良反应发生率。结果 （1）观察组治疗有效率高于对照组（95.00%vs75.00%）（P＜0.05）；（2）治疗后，观察组患者的心功能指标优于对照（P＜0.05）（3）治疗后，观察组患者出现不良反应的机率更低（P＜0.05）。结论 胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律不剂可显著提升临床疗效，改善心功能。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease.
Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided by random envelope method. Patients treated with amiodarone alone were used as the control group (n=40), and patients treated with metoprolol were added to the observation group (n=40). Treatment effects were compared and cardiac function indexes of patients were evaluated. The incidence of adverse reactions was analyzed.
Results (1) The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (95.00%vs75.00%) (P < 0.05); (2) After treatment, the cardiac function index of patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). (3) After treatment, the probability of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease can significantly improve clinical efficacy and cardiac function.
