关节镜下微骨折结合双滑轮无结缝合桥技术治疗肩袖撕裂的疗效研究

摘要

目的 探析肩袖撕裂患者采取关节镜下微骨折结合双滑轮无结缝合桥技术治疗效果。方法 本次研究对象为40例肩袖撕裂患者,抽取时间为2023年1月2024年7月期间。按照随机数字表法分为参考组和实验组,其中参考组采取传统双排缝线桥技术缝合肩袖,实验组则采取采用关节镜下微骨折结合双滑轮无结缝线桥技术缝合肩袖,每组20例。对比两组治疗效果。结果 实验组术后肩关节功能评分高于参考组(P<0.05)。实验组术后疼痛评分低于参考组(P<0.05)。结论 肩袖撕裂患者采取关节镜下微骨折结合双滑轮无结缝合桥技术治疗可有助于改善其肩关节功能,缓解其疼痛,此种方法值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of arthroscopic microfracture combined with double pulley knotless suture bridge technique on patients with rotator cuff tear.
Methods The study subjects were 40 patients with rotator cuff tears, and the sampling period was from January 2021 to January 2022. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group. The reference group used traditional double row suture bridge technology to suture the rotator cuff, while the experimental group used arthroscopic microfracture combined with double pulley knotless suture bridge technology to suture the rotator cuff, with 20 cases in each group. Compare the therapeutic effects of two groups.
Results The postoperative shoulder joint function score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The postoperative pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Arthroscopic microfracture combined with double pulley knotless suture bridge technique can help improve shoulder joint function and relieve pain in patients with rotator cuff tears. This method is worth promoting.
