Evaluation of the effect of recombinant collagen antibacterial gel for women on gynecological diseases and the influence of cervical human papillomavirus infection
重组胶原蛋白妇用阻菌凝胶对妇科疾病的效果评价及宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒感染患者的影响

摘要

目的 分析重组胶原蛋白妇用阻菌凝胶对妇科疾病的效果评价及宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）感染患者的影响。方法 选择我院2023年1月-2024年1月期间收治的妇科疾病及宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒感染患者150例，将其按随机分组方法分为对照组（75例）和观察组（75例，采取重组胶原蛋白妇用阻菌凝胶治疗），对比两组在宫颈炎、阴道炎、支原体衣原体感染、阴道萎缩紧致、阴道干涩及HPV感染等方面的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者在宫颈炎、阴道炎、支原体衣原体感染、阴道萎缩紧致及阴道干涩同房疼痛等方面的治疗效果均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者HPV载量低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在对妇科疾病及宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒感染患者实施重组胶原蛋白妇用阻菌凝胶治疗取得明显的效果，有较高应用价值，值得临床推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of recombinant collagen antibacterial gel on gynecological diseases and the impact of cervical human papillomavirus infection.
Methods 150 patients with gynecological diseases and cervical human papillomavirus infection admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into the control group (75 cases) and the observation group (75 cases, treated with recombinant collagen for women with antibacterial gel). The therapeutic effects of the two groups on cervicitis, vaginitis, chlamydia mycoplasma infection, vaginal atrophy and tightness, vaginal dryness and HPV infection were compared.
Results The treatment effects of the observation group patients in terms of cervicitis, vaginitis, mycoplasma and chlamydia infection, vaginal atrophy and tightness, and vaginal dryness and pain during intercourse were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The HPV load in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the treatment of gynecological diseases and cervical human papillomavirus infection patients, the recombinant collagen gynecological bacteria blocking gel has achieved obvious results, has high application value, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
