Effect of Xianling Gubao Capsule on Type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with Osteoporosis
仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症的效果

摘要

目的 明确仙灵骨葆胶囊对2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症（Osteoporosis，OP）患者的效果，旨在推动2型糖尿病合并OP治疗研究发展。方法 研究纳入2023年11月-2024年11月中综合临床各项检查结果满足2型糖尿病合并OP诊断标准的95例患者，对各个患者进行随机编号后采取随机抽取法安排为两组，对照组与观察组分别49、46例，对照组行常规治疗干预，观察组行仙灵骨葆胶囊干预，对不同干预效果进行比较分析。结果 与对照组相比，观察组骨密度（Bone Mineral Density，BMD）数值更高，观察组临床症状持续时间更短，有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论 于2型糖尿病合并OP患者中施以仙灵骨葆胶囊措施，可促进BMD相关指标恢复，缩短临床症状持续时长。

Abstract

Objective To clarify the effect of Xianling Gubao Capsule on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis, and to promote the research and development of the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis.
Methods A total of 95 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis were enrolled in this study from November 2023 to mid-November 2024, and the patients were randomly numbered and arranged into two groups, 49 cases in the control group and 46 cases in the observation group, respectively. The control group administered conventional therapeutic intervention and the observation group administered the fairy bone capsule intervention. The effects of the different interventions were compared and analyzed.
Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher bone mineral density value and shorter duration of clinical symptoms, there was significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The administration of Xianling Gubao Capsule can promote the recovery of bone mineral density related indexes and shorten the duration of clinical symptoms in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis.
