摘要
目的 观察分析对慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者实施加速康复外科围术期护理的临床效果和应用价值。方法 采用回顾性研究方法，选择院内就诊的60例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者（样本纳入例数：60例；样本纳入时间：2022年4月至2024年6月），分为对照、实验两个小组，观察例数高度一致。结果 与对照组相比，实验组术后症状评分 （鼻痒/流涕/喷嚏/鼻塞）更低，生活质量评分（角色功能/情绪功能/认知功能/社会功能/躯体功能）更高，不适感评分（抑郁/焦虑/饥饿/口渴）更低，并发症发生率更低，（P<0.05）。结论 加速康复外科可以有效促进慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者术后恢复，有较高应用价值。

Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of implementing accelerated rehabilitation surgery perioperative nursing for patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to select 60 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps who received medical treatment in the hospital (sample included: 60 cases; sample included time: April 2022 to June 2024). They were divided into two groups: control group and experimental group, with highly consistent observation cases. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group had lower postoperative symptom scores (nasal itching/runny nose/sneezing/nasal congestion), higher quality of life scores (role function/emotional function/cognitive function/social function/physical function), lower discomfort scores (depression/anxiety/hunger/thirst), and lower incidence of complications, (P<0.05). Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgery can effectively promote postoperative recovery in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps, and has high application value.
