眼科教学中中医眼科与现代医学整合教学模式探讨

摘要

目的 分析中医眼科与现代医学整合教学模式在眼科教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年9月至2023年12月在黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院眼科进行住院医师规范化培训的规培生作为研究对象,分组方法为随机数字表法,均分30例为两小组,组名为对照组和观察组,其中对照组采用中医眼科教学模式,观察组实施中医眼科与现代医学整合教学模式。对比两组规培生在教学效果、考试成绩以及对教学满意程度方面的区别。结果 观察组在学习活动的参与度、学习环境的优化、主动学习能力、表达能力、团队合作能力、问题解决与分析能力等方面的表现和成效更为突出(P<0.05);观察组的基础理论考核成绩、病例分析考核成绩以及总体考核分数均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);同时观察组教学满意度也较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 将中医眼科与现代医学整合教学模式相结合,可以提升规培生的满意度,增强其临床技能,并改善学习成绩。

Abstract

Objective Analyze the application effect of the integrated teaching mode of traditional Chinese medicine ophthalmology and modern medicine in ophthalmology teaching.
Methods From September 2022 to December 2023, the 2020 clinical medicine students of our hospital were selected as the research objects, and the grouping method was random number table method, and the average group of 30 cases was divided into two groups, the group was named control group and observation group, of which the control group adopted the teaching mode of TCM ophthalmology, and the observation group implemented the integrated teaching mode of TCM ophthalmology and modern medicine. The differences between the two groups of trainees in terms of teaching effectiveness, test scores and satisfaction with teaching were compared.
Results The observation group showed more outstanding performance and effectiveness in terms of participation in learning activities, optimization of learning environment, active learning ability, expression ability, teamwork ability, problem-solving and analysis ability, etc. (P<0.05); The basic theoretical assessment scores, case analysis assessment scores, and overall assessment scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); At the same time, the satisfaction with teaching in the observation group was also higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Combining TCM ophthalmology with modern medicine integrated teaching can improve the satisfaction of trainees, enhance their clinical skills, and improve their academic performance.
