Clinical outcome of valsartan + amlodipine tablets in the treatment of elderly resistant hypertension
沙坦+氨氯地平片治疗老年顽固性高血压的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察缬沙坦+氨氯地平片治疗老年顽固性高血压的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年1月本院收治的老年顽固性高血压患者100例展开研究，采取随机单盲法试验，纳入各组50例。对照组行缬沙坦胶囊治疗，观察组行缬沙坦氨氯地平片复方制剂治疗。对比治疗前后两组患者的血压变化；统计患者用药后的心血管系统；中枢神经系统；内分泌系统；胃肠道系统；血液系统并发症比率。结果 两组患者治疗前的血压指数无明显差异，治疗后观察组的血压指数明显低于对照组。观察组中1例患者发生低血压、1例患者直立性低血压；1例患者头晕；1例患者恶心。对照组中1例患者发生低血压、2例患者直立性低血压；1例患者疲劳、1例患者头痛；1例患者合并高钾血症；2例患者恶心。观察组总并发症概率为13.33%低于对照组的26.67%（P<0.05）。结论 缬沙坦+氨氯地平片可有效降低老年顽固性高血压血压指数，遏制血压升高，且药物安全性可靠，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of valsartan+amlodipine tablets in the treatment of elderly refractory hypertension.
Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with refractory hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected for the study. A randomized single blind trial was conducted, with 50 patients in each group included. The control group received treatment with valsartan capsules, while the observation group received treatment with a combination of valsartan and amlodipine tablets. Compare the changes in blood pressure between the two groups of patients before and after treatment; Statistics on the cardiovascular system of patients after medication; Central nervous system; Endocrine system; Gastrointestinal system; Blood system complication rate.
Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure index between the two groups of patients before treatment, and the blood pressure index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment. One patient in the observation group experienced hypotension and one patient had orthostatic hypotension; One patient experienced dizziness; One patient experienced nausea. One patient in the control group experienced hypotension, and two patients had orthostatic hypotension; 1 patient experiencing fatigue and 1 patient experiencing headache; One patient had concomitant hyperkalemia; Two patients experienced nausea. The total probability of complications in the observation group was 13.33%, which was lower than the 26.67% in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Valsartan+amlodipine tablets can effectively reduce the blood pressure index of elderly patients with refractory hypertension, curb blood pressure elevation, and have reliable drug safety, which is worth promoting.
