Study on the value of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang combined with Huanglian Wendan Tang in treating dizziness caused by hypertension
半夏白术天麻汤合黄连温胆汤治疗高血压病眩晕的价值研究

摘要

目的 探讨高血压病眩晕治疗中，半夏白术天麻汤联合黄连温胆汤的临床效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年1月期间，我院接收的64例高血压病眩晕患者，随机均分为两组，对照组予以常规药物治疗，观察组则采用半夏白术天麻汤联合黄连温胆汤，对比两组治疗效果。结果 治疗前，两组中医眩晕症状评分及血压水平相当，无显著差异（P＞0.05）。而治疗后，观察组中医眩晕症状明显改善，收缩压与舒张压均显著低于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 在治疗高血压病眩晕的过程中，采用半夏白术天麻汤与黄连温胆汤的联合疗法，展现出卓越的疗效。此法不仅能有效减轻患者眩晕症状，还能显著降低血压，为患者带来实质性的健康改善，具有广阔的临床应用前景。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang combined with Huanglian Wendan Tang in the treatment of hypertension induced dizziness.
Methods 64 patients with hypertension induced dizziness admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional drug treatment, while the observation group received Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang combined with Huanglian Wendan Tang. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.
Results Before treatment, the scores of traditional Chinese medicine dizziness symptoms and blood pressure levels were comparable between the two groups, with no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the dizziness symptoms in the observation group were significantly improved, and both systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than those in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the treatment of hypertension induced dizziness, the combination therapy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang and Huanglian Wendan Tang has shown excellent therapeutic effects. This method can not only effectively alleviate patients' dizziness symptoms, but also significantly lower blood pressure, bringing substantial health improvements to patients and having broad clinical application prospects.
