Clinical value of transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of bladder tumor in the treatment of bladder cancer
经尿道膀胱肿瘤等离子整块剜除术在膀胱癌治疗中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的 分析经尿道膀胱肿瘤等离子整块剜除术（TeURBT）在膀胱癌治疗中的应用价值。方法 将我院于2023年9月-2024年9月收治的68例膀胱癌患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各34例。对照组应用传统经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术（TURBT）治疗，观察组应用TeURBT治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果 观察组采用TeURBT治疗后，其术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间显著低于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）；观察组膀胱功能指标、并发症发生率优于对照组，但两组差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 TeURBT在膀胱癌治疗中效果显著，可有效减少膀胱癌患者术中出血量，并缩短其手术时间。因此，在膀胱癌临床治疗过程中，TeURBT在其中具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of transurethral whole plasma enucleation of bladder tumor (TeURBT) in the treatment of bladder cancer.
Methods 68 patients with bladder cancer admitted in our hospital from September 2023.09 to September 2024.09 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional transurethral resection of bladder tumors (TURBT), while the observation group was treated with TeURBT. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.
Results After receiving TeURBT treatment, the observation group had significantly lower intraoperative bleeding, operation time, and hospitalization time compared to the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05); The bladder function indicators and incidence of complications in the observation group were better than those in the control group, but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).
Conclusion   TeURBT is effective in the treatment of bladder cancer, which can effectively reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and shorten the operation time of bladder cancer patients. Therefore, TeURBT has high application value in the clinical treatment of bladder cancer.
