Clinical analysis of the therapeutic effect of amlodipine besylate combined with irbesartan in elderly hypertensive patients
老年高血压患者苯磺酸氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦的临床治疗效果分析

摘要

目的 探究将苯磺酸氨氯地平、厄贝沙坦联合应用在老年高血压治疗中所体现的价值。方法 将本院收治确诊共28例老年高血压患者（时段2023年4月~2024年4月），并随机划分2组各14例。对照组仅口服厄贝沙坦，观察组在口服厄贝沙坦的同时联用苯磺酸氨氯地平。根据血压指标、治疗效果评估、不良反应评价2组治疗情况。结果 从收缩压、舒张压监测情况得知，观察组干预后以上指标较对照组降低（P＜0.05）。临床效果评估得知，观察组总有效率和对照组相比有明显提升（P＜0.05）。不良反应统计得知，其总发生率方面2组间无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 苯磺酸氨氯地平、厄贝沙坦联合应用在老年高血压治疗的效果有明显提升，血压控制作用更好，有较好安全保障。

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of amlodipine besylate combined with irbesartan in the treatment of elderly hypertension.
Methods A total of 28 elderly hypertensive patients (from April 2023 to April 2024) were diagnosed in our hospital and randomly divided into 2 groups with 14 cases in each group. The control group was given oral irbesartan only, and the observation group was given oral irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate. The treatment of the 2 groups was evaluated according to blood pressure index, therapeutic effect evaluation and adverse reactions.
Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower in the observation group than in the control group after intervention (P < 0.05). The clinical effect evaluation showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group (P < 0.05). There was no statistical significance in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05).
Conclusion   The combined application of amlodipine besylate and irbesartan in the treatment of elderly hypertension has a significant improvement in the effect of blood pressure control, and has a good safety guarantee.
