Analysis of the role of colposcopy in screening cervical lesions in outpatient clinics
阴道镜检查应用在门诊宫颈病变筛查中的作用分析

摘要

目的 探讨阴道镜检查应用在门诊宫颈病变筛查中的应用价值。方法 选择2023年5月至2024年5月我院收治的400例宫颈病变患者为研究对象，患者均接受阴道镜检查，比较阴道镜对各疾病的检查符合率，同时，对慢性宫颈炎和宫颈癌的检查敏感性、特异性、阴性和阳性值等数据进行分析。结果 阴道镜拟诊出374例，检出符合率为93.5%，其中慢性宫颈炎及CINⅠ级符合率为92.7%，CINⅡ级符合率为93%，CINⅢ级符合率为92.38%，宫颈癌符合率为98.28%。阴道镜拟诊与病理诊断结果之间无明显差异（P＞0.05）。结论 阴道镜检查是门诊宫颈病变筛查中不可或缺的重要工具，其高诊断效能有助于早期发现宫颈病变，为患者争取宝贵的治疗时间，从而降低宫颈癌的发生率。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of colposcopy in screening cervical lesions in outpatient clinics.
Methods 400 patients with cervical lesions admitted to our hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects. All patients underwent vaginal colposcopy examination, and the conformity rate of vaginal colposcopy examination for various diseases was compared. At the same time, the sensitivity, specificity, negative and positive values of chronic cervicitis and cervical cancer examination were analyzed.
Results A total of 374 cases were diagnosed through colposcopy, with a detection accuracy rate of 93.5%. Among them, the accuracy rates for chronic cervicitis and CIN grade I were 92.7%, CIN grade II was 93%, CIN grade III was 92.38%, and cervical cancer was 98.28%. There was no significant difference between the results of vaginal colposcopy and pathological diagnosis (P>0.05).
Conclusion   Vaginal colposcopy is an indispensable and important tool for screening cervical lesions in outpatient clinics. Its high diagnostic efficiency helps to detect cervical lesions early and buy valuable treatment time for patients, thereby reducing the incidence of cervical cancer.
