摘要
本文报告1例肺炎支原体肺炎合并传染性单核细胞增多症的病例，患儿临床表现为发热、咳嗽、咽峡炎、淋巴结肿大及肝脾肿大等症状。通过实验室检查和病原学检测，确诊为肺炎支原体感染并发传染性单核细胞增多症。经静脉滴注阿奇霉素及保肝等对症支持治疗，患儿预后良好，无复发病例。本文旨在提高临床医生对肺炎支原体肺炎合并传染性单核细胞增多症的认识，以便尽早确诊并采取有效治疗措施。

Abstract
This article reports a case of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia complicated with infectious mononucleosis. The child's clinical manifestations include fever, cough, pharyngitis, lymphadenopathy, and hepatosplenomegaly. Through laboratory testing and pathogen analysis, it was confirmed that the patient was infected with Mycoplasma pneumoniae and had concurrent infectious mononucleosis. The patient received symptomatic supportive treatment such as intravenous infusion of azithromycin and liver protection, and the prognosis was good with no recurrence cases. This article aims to enhance clinical doctors' understanding of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia combined with infectious mononucleosis, in order to diagnose it as early as possible and take effective treatment measures.
