Observation on the effect of applying clinical pathway teaching mode in psychiatric internship teaching
精神科实习带教中应用临床路径教学模式的效果观察

摘要

目的 明确临床路径教学模式应用于精神科实习带教中的效果。方法 研究纳入2023年8月-2024年8月中院内精神科接受实习带教工作的实习生28例,对各个患者进行随机编号后采取随机抽取法安排为对照组与观察组,各14例,对照组行常规带教模式开展带教工作,观察组行临床路径教学模式开展带教工作,对不同带教效果进行比较分析。结果 对照组带教效果各数据值更低,表示观察组带教效果更佳(P<0.05)。对照组带教质量各数据值更低,表示观察组带教质量更好(P<0.05)。结论 临床路径教学模式应用于精神科实习带教中,有利于提高带教质量与带教效果,这对培养精神科优秀人才有着重要意义。

Abstract

Objective To clarify the effectiveness of applying the clinical pathway teaching model to psychiatric internship teaching.
Methods A total of 28 interns who received internship teaching in the psychiatric department of the hospital from August 2023 to August 2024 were included in the study. After randomly numbering each patient, they were randomly selected into a control group and an observation group, with 14 cases in each group. The control group received routine teaching mode, while the observation group received clinical pathway teaching mode. The effectiveness of different teaching methods was compared and analyzed.
Results showed that the control group had lower data values for teaching effectiveness, indicating that the observation group had better teaching effectiveness (P<0.05). The control group had lower data values for teaching quality, indicating that the observation group had better teaching quality (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of clinical pathway teaching mode in psychiatric internship teaching is conducive to improving the quality and effectiveness of teaching, which is of great significance for cultivating excellent talents in psychiatry.
