摘要
目的 于临床施以数字化X线牙片检查措施、CBCT检查措施，明确数字化X线牙片诊断牙根纵裂效果。方法 研究纳入2023.02-2024.02中疑似牙根纵裂的69例患者，分别采取CBCT检查、数字化X线牙片检查对各个患者进行诊断，结合病理检查（金标准）分析两种检查情况。结果 诊断特异性、敏感性、准确性方面，CBCT检查方式各项值更高（P<0.05）。结论 于牙根纵裂诊断中施以CBCT检查措施，有着较高诊断特异性、敏感性、准确性，可为牙根纵裂诊断提供重要参考，这对提高牙根纵裂诊断效能有着重要意义。

Abstract
Objective To implement digital X-ray dental film and CBCT examination measures in clinical practice to clarify the effect of digital X-ray dental film in diagnosing vertical root fractures. Methods A total of 69 patients with suspected vertical root fractures from February 2023 to February 2024 were included in the study. CBCT examination and digital X-ray dental film were used to diagnose each patient, and the two examinations were analyzed in combination with pathological examination (gold standard). Results In terms of diagnostic specificity, sensitivity, and accuracy, the CBCT examination method had higher values (P<0.05). Conclusion The CBCT examination measures in the diagnosis of vertical root fractures have high diagnostic specificity, sensitivity, and accuracy, which can provide an important reference for the diagnosis of vertical root fractures, which is of great significance to improve the diagnostic efficiency of vertical root fractures.
