目的 分析对银屑病患者提供零激素治疗评价其治疗效果。方法 选择我院在2023年4月份至2024年4月份收治的50例患者进行研究，随机分成对照组和实验组，每组25例患者，对照组提供银屑灵颗粒疗癣卡西甫丸治疗；实验组在对照组患者治疗基础上添加脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗，对患者的治疗效果、临床症状；血清炎性因子水平进行评估。结果 实验组患者治疗效果优于对照组，p<0.05，两组患者的血清炎性因子水平治疗前，差异不大，p>0.05，治疗后，实验组更佳，p<0.05，实验组患者临床症状缓解时间更短，p<0.05。结论 对寻常性银屑病患者提供银屑灵颗粒、疗癣卡西甫丸联合脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗，可以改善患者的临床症状，改善其血清炎性因子水平，提升患者的治疗效果，值得提倡。

Abstract
