The effect of high-frequency electrocoagulation resection under painlessgastroscopy on patients with gastric polyps
无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术治疗胃息肉患者的效果

摘要

目的 分析无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术治疗胃息肉的效果、临床表现及安全性。方法 选取2022-12至2023-12收治的胃息肉患者70例，随机均分为无痛组与常规组，分别行常规治疗及无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术治疗，比较临床指标、成功率、复发率及并发症发生率。结果 与常规组比，无痛组临床指标数据较优、成功率较高（100.00%＞82.86%）、复发率较低（2.86%＜22.86%）、并发症发生率较低（0.00%＜20.00%）。对比均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术可进一步促进胃息肉患者胃肠道功能恢复，且有较好治疗效果与安全性。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the efficacy, clinical manifestations, and safety of high-frequency electrocoagulation resection under painless gastroscopy for the treatment of gastric polyps.
Methods 70 patients with gastric polyps admitted from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a painless group and a conventional group. They were treated with conventional therapy and high-frequency electrocoagulation under painless gastroscopy, respectively. Clinical indicators, success rate, recurrence rate, and incidence of complications were compared.
Results Compared with the conventional group, the painless group had better clinical indicators, higher success rate (100.00%>82.86%), lower recurrence rate (2.86%<22.86%), and lower incidence of complications (0.00%<20.00%). The comparisons were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   High frequency electrocoagulation under painless gastroscopy can further promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gastric polyps, and has good therapeutic effect and safety.
