The diagnostic value of combined detection of IL-6, NLR, PLR, and LMR for Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children

摘要
目的 本研究关注小儿肺炎支原体合并细菌感染的早期诊断问题,探究白细胞介素6(IL-6)、外周血中性粒细胞计数(NEU)/淋巴细胞计数(LYM)比值(NLR)、血小板计数(PLT)/淋巴细胞计数(LYM)比值(PLR)和淋巴细胞计数(LYM)/单核细胞计数(MONO)比值(LMR)四项指标联合检测的诊断效能。方法 收集于 2024 年 1 月 ~ 2024 年 6 月在我院初诊的肺炎支原体感染78例为实验组,健康体检者50例为对照组。收集两组患者的一般临床资料,对所有受试者进行检测血清中的 IL-6、外周血NLR、PLR 及LMR 水平。比较IL-6、NLR、PLR 及LMR联合检测对肺炎支原体合并细菌感染诊断价值。结论 IL-6、NLR、PLR及LMR联合检测对肺炎支原体合并细菌感染有较高的临床价值。

Abstract
Objective This study focuses on the early diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae complicated with bacterial infection in children, and explores the diagnostic efficacy of combined detection of four indicators: interleukin-6 (IL-6), peripheral blood neutrophil count (NEU)/lymphocyte count (LYM) ratio (NLR), platelet count (PLT)/lymphocyte count (LYM) ratio (PLR), and lymphocyte count (LYM)/monocyte count (MONO) ratio (LMR). Methods 78 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection diagnosed in our hospital from January 2024 to June 2024 were collected as the experimental group, and 50 healthy individuals were selected as the control group. Collect general clinical data from two groups of patients and measure the levels of IL-6, peripheral blood NLR, PLR, and LMR in the serum of all subjects. Compare the diagnostic value of IL-6, NLR, PLR, and LMR combined detection for Mycoplasma pneumoniae complicated with bacterial infection. Conclusion The combined detection of IL-6, NLR, PLR, and LMR has high clinical value for Mycoplasma pneumoniae complicated with bacterial infection.
