摘要
钩吻素子是从中草药钩吻中提取的一种吲哚类生物碱单体。近年来大量文献报道,钩吻素子具有抗癌、抗炎、镇痛及抗焦虑等多种药理作用。本文对钩吻素子的药理作用及其分子机制的相关研究进行综述,为后续钩吻素子的深入研究与应用提供理论参考。

Abstract
Amphorine is an indole alkaloid monomer extracted from Chinese herbal medicine amphorine. In recent years, a large number of literatures have reported that amphorin has many pharmacological effects such as anticancer, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-anxiety. In this paper, the pharmacological action and molecular mechanism of leucochromatin were reviewed, which provided theoretical reference for further research and application of leucochromatin.
