Study on the treatment of hypertension with amlodipine besylate combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets
苯磺酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压的研究

摘要

目的 探究苯磺酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压的效果。方法 将我院于2023.07月-2024.07月收治的74例高血压患者为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各37例。对照组应用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗，观察组应用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗，对比两组血压水平、血脂水平、炎症因子水平。结果 观察组血压水平显著低于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）；观察组血脂水平显著优于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）；观察组炎症因子水平显著低于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。结论 苯磺酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压效果显著，可有效控制患者血压水平稳定，调节其血脂水平，并减轻其炎性反应。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of amlodipine besylate combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension. Method: 74 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 37 patients in each group. The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate, while the observation group was treated with amlodipine besylate combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets. Blood pressure levels, lipid levels, and inflammatory cytokine levels were compared between the two groups. Result: The blood pressure level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05); The blood lipid levels in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05); The levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The combination of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets has significant therapeutic effects on hypertension, effectively controlling stable blood pressure levels, regulating blood lipid levels, and reducing inflammatory reactions in patients.
