Observation on the effect of case management model in AIDS antiviral treatment
艾滋病抗病毒治疗中个案管理模式的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 探究艾滋病抗病毒治疗中个案管理模式的应用效果。方法 将我院于2023.06月-2024.06月收治的72例行抗病毒治疗的艾滋病患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各36例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用个案管理模式干预，对比两组服药依从性及病毒抑制率、负面情绪评分、生活质量评分。结果 观察组服药依从性及病毒抑制率显著高于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）；观察组负面情绪评分显著低于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）；观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。结论 艾滋病抗病毒治疗中个案管理模式干预效果显著，可有效提升患者服药依从性及病毒抑制率，并减轻其负面情绪，从而促进其生活质量的提升。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of case management model in AIDS antiviral treatment.
Methods: 72 AIDS patients who received antiviral treatment in our hospital from June 2023.06 to June 2024.06 were taken as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received individual case management intervention. The medication adherence, virus inhibition rate, negative emotion score, and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Result: The medication adherence and virus inhibition rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05); The negative emotion score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05); The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The intervention effect of case management mode in AIDS antiviral treatment is significant, which can effectively improve the drug compliance and virus inhibition rate of patients, reduce their negative emotions, and promote their quality of life.
