Clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of hysteroscopic resection combined with traditional curettage for the treatment of endometrial polyps
宫腔镜电切术联合传统刮宫术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果及复发率观察

摘要

目的 观察子宫内膜息肉采用宫腔镜电切术联合传统刮宫术治疗的临床效果及复发率。方法 回顾2018年3月-2023年3月我院收治的60例子宫内膜息肉患者，其中29例接受传统刮宫术治疗列为对照组，31例接受宫腔镜电切术联合传统刮宫术治疗的为观察组，对两组术后月经情况、子宫内膜厚度、并发症及复发情况进行比较。结果 与对照组相较，观察组术后月经期更短、月经量更少，子宫内膜厚度更低，而并发症及复发率更低，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 子宫内膜息肉采用宫腔镜电切术联合传统刮宫术治疗的临床效果较佳，可促进患者月经及子宫内膜的恢复，减少并发症，降低复发率，临床应用价值高。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of endometrial polyps treated with hysteroscopic resection combined with traditional curettage. Method: A retrospective study was conducted on 60 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2023. Among them, 29 patients received traditional curettage as the control group, and 31 patients received hysteroscopic resection combined with traditional curettage as the observation group. The postoperative menstrual status, endometrial thickness, complications, and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Result: Compared with the control group, the observation group had shorter postoperative menstrual periods, less menstrual flow, lower endometrial thickness, and lower rates of complications and recurrence, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The clinical effect of using hysteroscopic resection combined with traditional curettage for the treatment of endometrial polyps is better, which can promote the recovery of menstruation and endometrium, reduce complications, lower recurrence rate, and has high clinical application value.
