A preliminary analysis of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners' understanding of non alcoholic fatty liver in ancient and modern times
浅析古今中医医家对非酒精性脂肪肝的认识

摘要
非酒精性脂肪肝是我国常见病、多发病之一，因其发病诱因不同，故不同医家对非酒精性脂肪肝也有着不同的认识。通过对古今医家的借鉴分析，对比其不同医家对本病的阐述，可以总结得出本病的主要诱因为饮食、情志、素体肥胖等方面，痰、湿、积、瘀是非酒精性脂肪肝发生的重要病理因素，与肝、脾、肾三脏功能密切相关，而肝郁脾虚、湿热内蕴、气滞血瘀是本病的主要病因病机，主要，治疗上主张疏肝、健脾、祛湿、化痰、活血等，尤其重视健脾。

Abstract
Non alcoholic fatty liver is one of the common and frequently occurring diseases in China. Due to its different causes, different doctors have different understandings of non-alcoholic fatty liver. By analyzing the reference of ancient and modern medical practitioners and comparing their different interpretations of this disease, it can be concluded that the main causes of this disease are diet, emotions, and obesity. Phlegm, dampness, accumulation, and stasis are important pathological factors in the occurrence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, closely related to the functions of the liver, spleen, and kidneys. Liver depression and spleen deficiency, damp heat accumulation, qi stagnation and blood stasis are the main causes and pathogenesis of this disease. In terms of treatment, it is advocated to soothe the liver, strengthen the spleen, dispel dampness, phlegm, and promote blood circulation, especially emphasizing the strengthening of the spleen.
