Clinical value analysis of anal fistula resection combined with external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids in the treatment of anal fistula with mixed hemorrhoids
肛瘘切除术联合混合痔外剥内扎术治疗肛瘘伴混合痔的临床价值分析

摘要

目的 探究肛瘘切除术联合混合痔外剥内扎术治疗肛瘘伴混合痔的临床效果。方法 选择我院2023年3月至2024年5月收治的70例肛瘘伴混合痔患者，35例接受常规肛瘘切除术治疗（对照组），35例接受肛瘘切除术联合混合痔外剥内扎术治疗（观察组），对比两组治疗效果。结果 观察组临床治疗指标优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组临床症状消失时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 肛瘘伴混合痔患者在选择治疗方案时，可以采用肛瘘切除术联合混合痔外剥内扎术治疗的方案。该方案能够缩短治疗时间，改善患者临床症状，且并发症发生率低。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of anal fistula resection combined with external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids in the treatment of anal fistula with mixed hemorrhoids.
Methods: 70 patients with anal fistula with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to May 2024 were selected. 35 patients received conventional anal fistulectomy (control group) and 35 patients received anal fistulectomy combined with mixed hemorrhoidal external exfoliation and internal ligation (observation group). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.
Results: The clinical treatment indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : When choosing the treatment plan for patients with anal fistula and mixed hemorrhoids, the treatment plan of anal fistula resection combined with external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids can be used. This protocol can shorten the treatment time, improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and the incidence of complications is low.
