Application analysis of rapid recovery concept in nursing care of laparoscopic surgery for colon cancer treatment
快速康复理念在腹腔镜手术治疗结肠癌护理中的应用分析

摘要

目的 以提高结肠癌护理水平为研究目标，在临床护理中应用快速康复理念，明确其对结肠癌患者的影响。方法 以2023年1月-12月时间段中于院内接受腹腔镜手术治疗的结肠癌患者为分析对象，共计84例，对各个患者进行编号后采取随机抽取法设置成对照组（43例）、观察组（41例），分别以常规手段、快速康复理念实施两组护理干预，对干预情况进行分析。结果 并发症总发生率方面，两组相比，观察组更低（P<0.05）。临床指标方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更低（P<0.05）。结论 在临床护理中应用快速康复理念，有利于减少结肠癌患者接受腹腔镜手术治疗后相关并发症发生风险，促进术后排气、排便，改善肠鸣音症状，减少患者住院时间。

Abstract

Objective To improve the nursing level of colon cancer as the research goal, to apply the concept of rapid rehabilitation in clinical nursing, to clarify its impact on colon cancer patients.
Methods A total of 84 patients with colon cancer who received laparoscopic surgery in the hospital during the period of 2023.01-12 were selected as the analysis objects. Each patient was numbered and randomly selected to be divided into control group (43 cases) and observation group (41 cases). The nursing intervention of the two groups was carried out by conventional means and the concept of rapid rehabilitation, and the intervention situation was analyzed.
Results The total incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than in the two groups (P<0.05). In terms of clinical indicators, the values of the observation group were lower than those of the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation in clinical nursing is conducive to reducing the risk of related complications in patients with colon cancer after laparoscopic surgery, promoting postoperative exhaust and defecation, improving bowel sounds and reducing the length of hospital stay.
