Analysis of the effectiveness of laparoscopic and open appendectomy in the treatment of perforated appendicitis
腹腔镜和开腹阑尾切除术用于穿孔性阑尾炎治疗的效果分析

摘要

目的 在临床中分别实施腹腔镜和开腹阑尾切除术，明确其对穿孔性阑尾炎患者的影响。方法 以2023年1月-12月时间段中于院内接受诊疗的穿孔性阑尾炎患者为分析对象，共计95例，对各个患者进行编号后采取随机抽取法设置成对照组（46例）、观察组（49例），分别以开腹阑尾切除术、腹腔镜阑尾切除术实施两组干预，对干预情况进行分析。结果 并发症方面，两组相比，观察组总并发症发生率更低（P<0.05）。临床指标方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更低（P<0.05）。结论 在临床中实施腹腔镜阑尾切除术，有利于减少穿孔性阑尾炎患者术后并发症风险，让患者尽早下床活动，减少住院时间，这对提高穿孔性阑尾炎治疗效果有着重要意义。

Abstract

Objective To perform laparoscopic and open appendectomy in clinical practice, and to determine the effect of laparoscopic appendectomy on patients with perforated appendicitis.
Methods A total of 95 patients with perforated appendicitis who received diagnosis and treatment in hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the analysis objects. Each patient was numbered and randomly selected into control group (46 cases) and observation group (49 cases). Two groups of intervention were performed by open appendectomy and laparoscopic appendectomy, respectively. The intervention situation was analyzed.
Results Compared with the two groups, the total complication rate of the observation group was lower (P<0.05). In terms of clinical indicators, the values of the observation group were lower than those of the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Laparoscopic appendectomy in clinical practice is conducive to reducing the risk of postoperative complications in patients with perforated appendicitis, allowing patients to get out of bed as soon as possible and reducing hospital stay, which is of great significance for improving the treatment effect of perforated appendicitis.
