国家药物政策与合理用药分析

摘要

目的 本研究针对国家药物政策与合理用药进行分析。方法 本次研究选取了120例患者以及800份处方用药进行国家药物政策与合理用药分析的研究，其中在2021年12月至2022年6月的400份用药处方和60例住院患者被设为对照组，未接受全面的药学管理介入。而2022年7月至2023年12月的400份用药处方和60例住院患者则接受了药学干预，被设为实验组。结果 结果显示，结合国家药物政策实施全面的药学管理后，不合理用药处方比例显著降低，患者合理用药水平明显提升（P＜0.05）。结论 通过本研究，深刻认识到国家药物政策在合理用药中的重要性。希望未来能够有更多的研究和实践，共同探讨如何更好地实施合理用药，以推动国家药物政策的发展，为患者的健康保驾护航。

Abstract

Objective This study analyzed the national drug policy and rational drug use.
Methods In this study, 120 patients and 800 prescriptions were selected for the analysis of national drug policy and rational drug use. 400 prescriptions and 60 inpatients from December 2021 to June 2022 were set as the control group, and did not receive comprehensive pharmaceutical management intervention. From July 2022 to December 2023, 400 drug prescriptions and 60 hospitalized patients received pharmaceutical intervention and were set up as the experimental group.
Results The results showed that after the implementation of comprehensive pharmaceutical management combined with national drug policy, the proportion of irrational drug use prescriptions was significantly reduced, and the level of rational drug use was significantly increased (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Through this study, we deeply understand the importance of national drug policy in rational drug use. It is hoped that there will be more research and practice in the future to jointly discuss how to better implement rational drug use, so as to promote the development of national drug policy and protect the health of patients.
