肿瘤内科治疗常见并发症的分析及治疗对策探讨

摘要

目的 肿瘤一般分为良性肿瘤和恶性肿瘤，恶性肿瘤俗称癌症，可在人体全身发病，但无传染性，是100多种相关疾病的统称，严重影响人们的身体健康甚至威胁生命，应给予及时有效的治疗，但在治疗过程中常会伴随一系列的并发症，因此本文探析肿瘤内科治疗常见并发症的分析及治疗对策。方法 选取在我院肿瘤内科接受治疗的肿瘤患者作为研究对象，分析患者治疗期间的常见并发症，并制定相应的治疗对策。结果 观察组并发症发生率、心理状态及治疗满意度和生活质量评分均优于对照组，P＜0.05,说明存在对比意义。结论 对肿瘤患者实施肿瘤内科治疗时，应通过细致的观察、及时的处理和个性化的治疗，最大限度地降低并发症，以确保治疗效果，进而改善患者生存质量。

Abstract

Objective Tumors are generally divided into benign tumors and malignant tumors, malignant tumors commonly known as cancer, can occur in the body, but not infectious, is the collective name of more than 100 related diseases, seriously affect people's health and even threaten life, should be given timely and effective treatment, but in the treatment process is often accompanied by a series of complications, Therefore, this article analyzes the common complications of medical oncology treatment and the treatment countermeasures.
Methods The patients who received treatment in the Department of Oncology of our hospital were selected as the study objects, the common complications of patients during treatment were analyzed, and the corresponding treatment strategies were formulated.
Results The incidence of complications, psychological state, treatment satisfaction and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05), indicating comparative significance.
Conclusion   Careful observation, timely treatment and personalized treatment should be used to minimize complications, so as to ensure the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
