Observation on clinical effect of endocrine treatment for hypothyroidism
甲状腺功能减退症的内分泌临床治疗效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨甲状腺功能减退症的内分泌临床治疗效果。方法 2023年1月-2024年1月104例甲状腺功能减退症患者，随机分为两组，各52例，对照组采用左甲状腺素钠，观察组采用左甲状腺素钠与硒酵母片，对比两组治疗效果。结果 在临床疗效对比上，观察组高于对照组，组间对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；在甲状腺分泌功能对比上，观察组FT3、FT4高于对照组，TSH低于对照组，组间对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 甲状腺功能减退症采用内分泌治疗，即左甲状腺素钠与硒酵母片疗效显著，可以改善患者甲状腺功能，值得推荐。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of endocrine clinical treatment of hypothyroidism.
Methods From January 2023 to January 2024, 104 patients with hypothyroidism were randomly divided into two groups, 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium, and the observation group was treated with levothyroxine sodium and selenium yeast tablets.
Results In the comparison of clinical efficacy, the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference between groups was significant (P < 0.05). In comparison of thyroid secretion function, FT3 and FT4 in observation group were higher than those in control group, and TSH was lower than those in control group, and the difference between groups was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The use of endocrine therapy for hypothyroidism, namely levothyroxine sodium and selenium yeast tablets is effective, and can improve the thyroid function of patients, worthy of recommendation.
