The effect of norethisterone on patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding
炔诺酮对无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者的影响

摘要

目的 探究对于无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者而言炔诺酮的临床治疗效果。方法 为推动方案研究进行，本研究自2023年1月至2023年12月在本院就诊的无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者中随机抽取96例归入研究样本，根据患者意愿分入接受炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗的对照组及接受炔诺酮治疗的研究组，对比两组患者血性激素水平、月经周期、血红蛋白及子宫内膜厚度。结果 研究组患者血性激素水平、月经周期、血红蛋白及子宫内膜厚度均优于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 炔诺酮能够有效稳定无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者的血性激素水平，将患者的月经周期、血红蛋白及子宫内膜厚度都调整为正常水平。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of norethinyl for patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
Methods In order to promote the study of the protocol, 96 patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding who visited our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly selected and included in the study sample. According to the patient's wishes, they were divided into a control group treated with ethinylestradiol and cyprogesterone tablets and a study group treated with norethinyl. The blood sex hormone levels, menstrual cycle, hemoglobin, and endometrial thickness of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results The levels of blood sex hormones, menstrual cycle, hemoglobin, and endometrial thickness in the study group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Norethinyl ketone can effectively stabilize the blood sex hormone levels in patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and adjust the menstrual cycle, hemoglobin, and endometrial thickness of patients to normal levels.
