The effect of sodium hyaluronate and hydroxyglucoside on dry eyes after cataract surgery
玻璃酸钠与羟糖苷对白内障术后干眼的效果

摘要

目的 分析白内障术后干眼患者分别使用玻璃酸钠与羟糖苷的效果差异。方法 筛选我院2022年6月至2023年6月期间收治的白内障术后干眼患者，入组对象共84例。依照随机数字表法分成两组，各组平均42例。对照组术后治疗药物使用羟糖苷，观察组术后治疗药物使用玻璃酸钠。基于临床治疗效果、角膜荧光素染色（FL）、泪膜破裂时间（BUT）、干眼症状评分各方面评价两组干预情况。结果 观察组相比对照组，其临床总有效率有更大幅度提高，两组统计学有意义（P＜0.05）。对比各组治疗前，两组患者治疗后FL评分、干眼症状评分都出现下降趋势，BUT均出现升高趋势（P＜0.05）；组间对比，观察组FL评分、干眼症状评分较对照组明显更低，BUT较对照组明显更高，两组统计学有意义（P＜0.05）。结论 白内障术后干眼患者使用玻璃酸钠，相较羟糖苷有更显著效果，能有效改善泪膜结构及稳定程度，减轻干眼症状。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effects of sodium hyaluronate and hydroxyglycoside in dry eye patients after cataract surgery.
Methods A total of 84 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were enrolled. They were divided into two groups according to random number table method with an average of 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hydroxyglycoside, and the observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate. The two groups were evaluated based on clinical treatment effect, corneal fluorescein staining (FL), tear film rupture time (BUT) and dry eye symptom score.
Results Compared with the control group, the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly increased, which was statistically significant between the two groups (P < 0.05). Compared with the groups before treatment, FL score and dry eye symptom score showed a downward trend after treatment, BUT both showed an upward trend (P < 0.05). Compared between groups, FL score and dry eye symptom score of observation group were significantly lower than control group, BUT significantly higher than control group, and the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Sodium hyaluronate is more effective than hydroxyglycoside in improving tear film structure and stability and alleviating dry eye symptoms after cataract surgery.
