摘要
目的 本研究旨在探讨在胆结石手术护理中采用个体化护理的价值。方法 选择2022年4月到2023年4月期间行手术治疗的胆结石患者80例作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=40例，采用常规护理）与实验组（n=40例，采用个体化护理）。对比两组患者生活质量、心理状态（SAS、SDS评分）。结果 实验组生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；同时实验组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对胆结石手术患者实施个体化护理有助于改善患者心理状态，提升生活质量，促进康复。

Abstract
Objective This study aims to explore the value of individualized nursing in the nursing of gallstone surgery. Methods Eighty patients with gallstones who underwent surgical treatment between April 2022 and April 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=40, receiving routine care) and an experimental group (n=40, receiving personalized care) using a random number table method. Compare the quality of life and psychological status (SAS, SDS scores) between two groups of patients. Results The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); At the same time, the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing personalized care for patients undergoing gallstone surgery can help improve their psychological state, enhance their quality of life, and promote recovery.
