Clinical observation of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigationin the treatment of dry eye syndrome
针刺联合中药熏蒸治疗干眼症的临床观察

摘要

目的 将针刺联合中药熏蒸治疗应用在干眼症患者中，分析该治疗方法的效果。方法 纳入到本次研究的对象为干眼症患者，共计76例，选取时间范围在2022年1月-2023年1月。采取随机数字表法将上述患者分组，即参考组和实验组，每组38例。其中参考组行常规药物治疗，实验组在上述基础上采取针刺联合中药熏蒸治疗。评价对比两组治疗效果情况。结果 治疗有效率对比显示，实验组相较于参考组高（P＜0.05）。角膜荧光素染色评分对比显示，治疗后实验组相较于参考组低（P＜0.05）。BUT时间对比显示，治疗后实验组相较于参考组长（P＜0.05）。结论 干眼症患者治疗期间采取针刺联合中药熏蒸治疗效果明显，能够促进患者的治疗效果，改善其干眼症相关症状，该治疗方法可推广于临床。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on patients with dry eye.
Methods A total of 76 patients with dry eye were included in this study, and the selected time range was from January 2022 to January 2023. The patients were divided into reference group and experimental group by random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The reference group received conventional drug treatment, and the experimental group received acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment on the basis of the above. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated and compared.
Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). Corneal fluorescein staining score comparison showed that the experimental group was lower than the reference group after treatment (P < 0.05). BUT time comparison showed that the experimental group was longer than the reference group after treatment (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation during the treatment of patients with dry eye has an obvious effect, which can promote the treatment effect of patients and improve the symptoms of dry eye. This treatment method can be popularized in clinic.
