中药热奄包辅助经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

摘要

目的 探究中药热奄包辅助经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 收集2021年7月-2023年1月于新沂市中医院骨伤科住院70例腰椎间盘突出患者的病例信息，其中35例进行椎间孔镜治疗的患者为孔镜组，35例进行经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗配合中药热奄包辅助的患者为镜贴组，采用疼痛视觉模拟评分及0swestry 功能障碍指数对两组患者在治疗前及治疗后7天、1月、3月进行对比研究。结果 镜贴组和孔镜组治疗前的疼痛视觉模拟评分及0swestry 功能障碍指数相近，差异不具有统计学意义（p＞0.05），治疗后3天、7天、1月和3月，镜贴组的疼痛视觉模拟评分和0swestry 功能障碍指数明显低于孔镜组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 中药热奄包辅助经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症有显著效果，值得临床实践应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Reaumaibao assisted percutaneous foraminoscopy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
Methods The medical information of 70 patients with lumbar disc herniation hospitalized in the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department of Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to January 2023 were collected. Among them, 35 patients receiving foraminoscopy were in the foraminoscopy group, and 35 patients receiving percutaneous foraminoscopy with the assistance of traditional Chinese medicine Reomai bag were in the mirror patch group. Visual analogue pain score and 0swestry disability Index were used to compare the two groups of patients before treatment and 7 days, 1 month and 3 months after treatment.
Results The pain visual simulation score and 0swestry disability index of the lens group and the lens group were similar before treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant (p > 0.05). The pain visual simulation score and 0swestry disability index of the lens group were significantly lower than those of the lens group at 3 days, 7 days, 1 month and 3 months after treatment. The difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05).
Conclusion   The treatment of lumbar disc herniation with Chinese herbal medicine Reaumaibao assisted percutaneous foraminoscopy is effective and worthy of clinical practice.
