老年人口腔修复的临床治疗特点与效果

摘要

目的 探究临床对老年人口腔修复的临床治疗特点以及效果。方法 以2022年4月至2023年4月本院进行口腔修复治疗56例为对象，回顾分析该部分患者治疗情况以及恢复情况。结果 该部分患者主要修复包括两种，即活动修复以及固定修复，其中46例患者进行活动修复，10例患者进行固定修复，治疗满意度达100%。追踪调查本组患者口腔保健情况，该组患者在恢复过程中对于口腔保健知识掌握率达94.65%（53/56），整体治疗效果较好。结论 在对老年人进行口腔修复治疗过程中，需综合评估患者的具体特点制定针对性修复治疗方案，促使患者口腔问题可以尽快得到解决，提升患者口腔健康水平。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and effects of oral prosthesis in the elderly.
Methods From April 2022 to April 2023, 56 cases of oral prosthesis in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.
Results There were two main types of repair in this part of patients, namely mobile repair and fixed repair. 46 patients underwent mobile repair, 10 patients underwent fixed repair, and the treatment satisfaction was 100%. Follow-up investigation of the oral health of the patients in this group showed that the mastery rate of oral health knowledge in the recovery process was 94.65% (53/56), and the overall treatment effect was good.
Conclusion   In the process of oral prosthesis treatment for the elderly, it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the specific characteristics of the patients and formulate targeted prosthesis treatment plans, so as to solve the oral problems of the patients as soon as possible and improve the oral health level of the patients.
