Clinical efficacy observation of omeprazole combined with sucralfate in the treatmentof acute hemorrhagic gastritis
急性出血性胃炎采用奥美拉唑联合硫糖铝治疗临床疗效观察

摘要
目的 探讨急性出血性胃炎采用奥美拉唑联合硫糖铝治疗的疗效。方法 选出2022年9月到2023年8月在新疆医科大学第五附属医院诊治的90例急性出血性胃炎患者，纳入A组与B组，2组各45例。A组采用奥美拉唑治疗，B组采用奥美拉唑+硫糖铝治疗，对比2组的临床指标、胃功能、炎性因子水平、临床疗效、不良反应。结果 B组的出血量、止血时间、住院天数少于A组（P<0.05）；2组用药后的PG I、PG II、G-17均降低（P<0.05），且B组用药后的PG I、PG II、G-17均低于A组（P<0.05）；2组用药后的IL-8、TNF-α、PCT均降低（P<0.05），且B组用药后的IL-8、TNF-α、PCT低于A组（P<0.05）；B组总有效率高于A组（P<0.05）；2组不良反应发生率相近（P>0.05）。结论 急性出血性胃炎采用奥美拉唑联合硫糖铝治疗的疗效较好，可减少出血量，缩短止血时间与住院天数，且能改善胃功能，减轻炎症反应，不良反应少，可采纳、应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of omeprazole combined with sucralfate in the treatment of acute hemorrhagic gastritis. Methods 90 patients with acute hemorrhagic gastritis treated in The Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from September 2022 to August 2023 were selected and included in Group A and Group B, with 45 cases in each group. Group A was treated with omeprazole, while Group B was treated with omeprazole+sucralfate. The clinical indicators, gastric function, inflammatory factor levels, clinical efficacy, and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The bleeding volume, hemostasis time, and length of hospital stay in Group B were lower than those in Group A (P<0.05); After treatment, the levels of PG I, PG II, and G-17 in both groups decreased (P<0.05), and the levels of PG I, PG II, and G-17 in Group B were lower than those in Group A (P<0.05); The levels of IL-8, TNF-α, and PCT decreased in both groups after medication (P<0.05), and the levels of IL-8, TNF-α, and PCT in Group B were lower than those in Group A (P<0.05); The total effective rate of Group B was higher than that of Group A (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was similar (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of omeprazole and sucralfate is effective in the treatment of acute hemorrhagic gastritis. It can reduce bleeding volume, shorten hemostasis time and hospitalization days, improve gastric function, alleviate inflammatory reactions, and have fewer adverse reactions. It can be adopted and applied.
