全视网膜激光光凝术治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的研究进展

摘要

糖尿病性视网膜病变(Diabetes retinopathy, DR)其病程复杂、治疗难度大,但随着医学技术的不断进步,治疗手段也在不断创新发展。全视网膜激光光凝术(Pan-Retinal Photocoagulation, PRP)作为一项重要的治疗手段,适用于临床治疗使用。本文阐述了糖尿病视网膜病变的概念、病因和发病机制,并对糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗方法进行梳理,深入探讨其在临床实践中的应用和前景。

关键词: 全视网膜激光光凝术;糖尿病;视网膜病变

Abstract

Diabetes retinopathy is one of the common complications of diabetes, and which has a complex course with significant treatment challenges. It is presently a serious blinding eye disease that seriously affects the quality of life of affected individuals. With the continuous progress of medical technology, treatment methods are also constantly innovating and developing. As an important treatment method, Pan-Retinal Photocoagulation has made significant research progress in the treatment of diabetes retinopathy in recent years. This article systematically reviews the research status of Pan-Retinal Photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetes retinopathy, deeply discusses its clinical applications, and aiming to enhance treatment effectiveness, reduce the treatment risks, and maximize the quality of life of patients.
