Perioperative nursing experience of bronchobronchial tuberculosis treated by bronchobronchial bronchoscopy
气管支气管结核经纤支镜介入治疗的围手术期的护理体会

摘要

目的 探究在气管支气管结核患者中实施经纤支镜介入治疗围手术期护理的护理临床效果。方法 选取我院2022年1月至2022年12月间住院的80例气管支气管结核病人，采用数字表法随机分配，其中40例为对照组，对照组仅按疗程服用抗结核药物、雾化吸入，予常规用药观察护理；观察组40例，在对照组基础上均实施纤支镜介入治疗，并进行围手术期护理；对两组病人的临床症状消失时间、住院时间和日常生活自理能力进行了比较，并对两组病人的护理满意度进行了比较。结果 经护理后，观察组患者的临床症状消失时间、住院时间明显短于对照组，且ADL得分明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组病人对护理工作的满意程度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 纤支镜介入治疗的围手术期护理在气管支气管结核病人中的实施能有效地改善患者临床症状，缩短病人的住院时间，改善病人的生活质量，有利于提高病人对护理工作的满意度，是一种值得推广的方法。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of perioperative care in patients with tracheobronchial tuberculosis.
Methods 80 cases of tracheobronchial tuberculosis hospitalized in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,40 cases in the control group. The control group only took anti-tuberculosis drugs and atomization inhalation for routine medication observation; 40 cases in the observation group were treated and self-care ability of the two groups, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results After nursing, the disappearance time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the ADL score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05); the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of perioperative care in tracheobronchial tuberculosis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, shorten the hospital time of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work, which is a method worth popularizing.
