Clinical efficacy of autologous skin transplantation combined with negative pressureclosed drainage technique in the treatment of refractory chronic venous lower extremity ulcer
自体皮肤移植术联合负压封闭引流技术治疗难治性慢性下肢静脉溃疡的临床疗效

摘要

目的 评估自体皮肤移植术联合负压封闭引流技术在治疗难治性慢性下肢静脉溃疡中的临床疗效。 方法 回顾性分析20例难治性慢性下肢静脉溃疡患者的临床资料，其中10例接受自体皮肤移植术联合负压封闭引流技术治疗（治疗组），另外10例接受传统自体皮肤移植术治疗（对照组）。比较两组患者的愈合时间、愈合率和并发症发生情况，并进行统计学分析。结果 治疗组的平均愈合时间为（13.5±3.2）周，对照组的平均愈合时间为（17.8±4.5）周，两组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组的愈合率为90%，对照组的愈合率为70%，两组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组的并发症发生率为20%，对照组的并发症发生率为40%，两组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 自体皮肤移植术联合负压封闭引流技术是治疗难治性慢性下肢静脉溃疡的有效方法，具有较短的愈合时间和较高的愈合率，同时减少了并发症的发生。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of autologous skin grafting combined with negative pressure closed drainage in the treatment of refractory chronic venous ulcer of lower extremities.
Methods The clinical data of 20 patients with refractory chronic venous ulcer of lower extremity were analyzed retrospectively. 10 patients received autologous skin transplantation combined with negative pressure closed drainage (treatment group), and the other 10 patients received traditional autologous skin transplantation (control group). The healing time, healing rate and complications of the two groups were compared, and statistical analysis was performed.
Results The average healing time of the treatment group was (13.5±3.2) weeks, and the average healing time of the control group was (17.8±4.5) weeks, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The healing rate of the treatment group was 90%, and that of the control group was 70%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications was 20% in the treatment group and 40% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Autologous skin transplantation combined with negative pressure closed drainage is an effective method for the treatment of refractory chronic venous ulcer of lower extremities, which has a shorter healing time and a higher healing rate, and reduces the occurrence of complications.
