混合式教学模式在中医骨伤实训教学中的应用初探

摘要

目的 探索新的实践教学方式,进一步完善实践教学模式,以加强学生实践能力的培养,提高学生的综合素质,为国家及社会提供临床高素质人才。方法 选择不同年级的学生为研究对象,采用不同的实践教学方法。观察不同教学方法下,学生的综合素质及教学成果。并分析教学数据,总结教学成果。结果 在临床演练评估优秀率、学生满意度调查方面,混合式教学模式均优于传统教学模式,两组比教,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 混合式教学模式,能增加学生对知识的理解程度,能提高学生的实践操作能力,为学校及临床培养优秀学生提供了新的思路。

Abstract

Objective To explore new practical teaching methods, further improve the practical teaching mode, in order to strengthen the cultivation of students' practical ability, improve the comprehensive quality of students, and provide clinical high-quality talents for the country and society.
Methods Students of different grades were selected as research objects and different practical teaching methods were adopted. Observe the comprehensive quality and teaching results of students under different teaching methods. And analyze the teaching data, summarize the teaching results.
Results The mixed teaching mode was superior to the traditional teaching mode in the excellence rate of clinical exercise evaluation and student satisfaction survey, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.01).
Conclusion   The mixed teaching mode can increase students' understanding of knowledge, improve their practical operation ability, and provide a new way for schools and clinical training excellent students.
