Discussion on the influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques on the psychological status, quality of life, and sleep quality of patients with coronary heart disease
中医护理技术对冠心病患者心理状况生活质量及睡眠质量的影响探讨

摘要

目的 研讨中医护理技术对冠心病患者心理状况生活质量及睡眠质量的影响。方法 选入冠心病患者84例，自2022年1月-2023年1月到我院实施治疗，随机抽签原则划分为对照组与观察组，对照组42例，常规护理，观察组42例，实施中医护理技术，对比两组生活质量及睡眠质量。结果 观察组躯体疼痛、角色受限、感情因素、生命活力、精神健康、社交能力、活动能力、总体健康数值显著高于对照组，P＜0.05；护理后观察组患者明显高于对照组患者，P<0.05。结论 中医护理可以显著提高患者的生活质量，改善患者的睡眠质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques on the psychological status, quality of life, and sleep quality of patients with coronary heart disease.
Methods 84 patients with coronary heart disease were selected and treated at our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group based on the principle of drawing lots. The control group consisted of 42 cases, with routine care and an observation group consisting of 42 cases. Traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques were used to compare the quality of life and sleep between the two groups.
Results The observation group showed significantly higher body pain, role limitation, emotional factors, vitality, mental health, social ability, activity ability, and overall health values than the control group (P<0.05); After nursing, the observation group patients were significantly higher than the control group patients, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Traditional Chinese medicine nursing can significantly improve the quality of life and sleep of patients.
