摘要
目的 针对个性化饮食护理应用于食管癌患者护理中的效果展开分析。方法 选取我院2018年1月-2022年1月期间收治的150例食管癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各75例,对照组采用常规饮食护理,研究组给予个性化饮食护理,比较两组患者护理前后各项营养指标,采用食管癌患者补充量表(QLQ-OES18)评估两组患者护理前后生活质量,对比两组患者护理期间并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 饮食护理前,两组患者各营养指标及评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);饮食护理后,研究组白蛋白(ALB)、前清蛋白(PAB)、总蛋白(TP)指标、QLQ-OES18评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组呛咳、恶心呕吐、腹胀不适、反酸烧心发生率低于对照组,护理满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将个性化饮食护理应用于食管癌患者护理中可有效改善患者营养状态,提升患者生活质量,对促进患者疾病恢复有积极意义,具有推广与应用价值。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of personalized dietary care in the care of esophageal cancer patients. Methods 150 esophageal cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 75 patients in each group. The control group received routine dietary care, while the study group received personalized dietary care. The nutritional indicators of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared. The quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after nursing was evaluated using the esophageal cancer patient supplement scale (QLQ-OES18), and the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Before dietary care, there was no statistically significant difference in nutritional indicators and scores between the two groups of patients (P>0.05); After dietary care, the albumin (ALB), prealbumin (PAB), total protein (TP) indicators, and QLQ-OES18 scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The incidence of cough, nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension and acid reflux heartburn in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was better than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying personalized dietary care to the care of esophageal cancer patients can effectively improve their nutritional status, enhance their quality of life, and have positive significance in promoting disease recovery. It has promotion and application value.
