Therapeutic effect of carboprost, aminobutyrate, and triol injection on postpartum hemorrhage
卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗产后出血的疗效

摘要

目的 探讨将卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液应用于产后出血患者治疗中效果。方法 产后出血患者共计64名作为研究对象，根据患者的就诊号单双号分组，对照组32名；实验组32名。对照组常规缩宫素治疗方案，实验组内患者在接受临床治疗时，由医务人员给予患者卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液的形式进行治疗，比较两组临床疗效、不良反应以及出血量和阴道出血持续时间。结果 在本次研究结果中进行对比分析后，确认试验组患者治疗后的各项治疗指标明显优于对照组，差异对比显著存在（P＜0.05）。结论 在针对产后出血患者进行临床治疗时，可选择卡前列素氨丁三醇对患者进行治疗，可使患者的阴道出血状况和产后月经功能恢复正常，得到缓解。

Abstract

Objective To explore the efficacy of carboprost tromethamine injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
Methods: A total of 64 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into two groups according to the patient's visit number and double number. The control group consisted of 32 patients; The experimental group consisted of 32 members. In the control group, patients in the experimental group were treated with conventional oxytocin therapy. When receiving clinical treatment, medical personnel administered the form of carboprost tromethamine injection to the patients. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, bleeding volume, and duration of vaginal bleeding were compared between the two groups.
Results: After comparative analysis of the results of this study, it was confirmed that the treatment indicators of patients in the experimental group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : When conducting clinical treatment for patients with postpartum hemorrhage, carboprost tromethamine can be selected for treatment, which can restore the vaginal bleeding status and postpartum menstrual function of the patients to normal and relieve them.
