Application of continuous rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral infarction
延续性康复护理在脑梗死患者中的应用

摘要

目的 本文主要围绕延续性康复护理实施于脑梗死患者中的临床效果进行具体阐述。方法 回顾性分析我院近五年收治的脑梗死患者为研究样本，筛选其中150例，结合奇偶数字分组方式，均分成两组，分别给予常规护理、延续性康复护理，对干预后，相关临床数据进行统计归纳，对比差异所在。结果 研究组患者自我护理管理能力评分（95.21±4.27）、神经功能缺损程度评分（8.16±1.20）、并发症发生率（1.33%），出院后再次就诊次数（4.19±1.10）、生活质量数据（90.45±7.41）、护理满意度数（98.67%），均优于另一组，自我护理管理能力评分（85.34±2.16）、神经功能缺损程度评分（15.67±2.45）、并发症发生率（10.67%）、出院后再次就诊次数（7.41±1.43）、生活质量数据（76.24±6.89）、护理满意度数（86.67%）评分，且差异显示P＜0.05，表明统计学意义。结论 延续性康复护理可改善脑梗死患者自我护理能力，降低并发症发生率，促进患者尽快恢复，且可改善患者生活质量，体现良好护理质量，建议应用。

Abstract

Objective: This article mainly elaborates on the clinical effects of implementing continuous rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral infarction. Method: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the cerebral infarction patients admitted to our hospital in the past five years as research samples. 150 cases were selected and divided into two groups using odd and even number grouping. Routine care and continuous rehabilitation care were given respectively. After the intervention, relevant clinical data were statistically summarized and the differences were compared.
Results: The self-care management ability score (95.21 ± 4.27), the neurological deficit degree score (8.16 ± 1.20), the complication rate (1.33%), the number of re visits after discharge (4.19 ± 1.10), the quality of life data (90.45 ± 7.41), and the number of nursing satisfaction (98.67%) of patients in the study group were better than those in the other group. The self-care management ability score (85.34 ± 2.16), the neurological deficit degree score (15.67 ± 2.45) The incidence of complications (10.67%), the number of re visits after discharge (7.41 ± 1.43), the quality of life data (76.24 ± 6.89), and the number of nursing satisfaction scores (86.67%), and the difference showed P<0.05, indicating statistical significance.
Conclusion  : Continuous rehabilitation nursing can improve the self-care ability of patients with cerebral infarction, reduce the incidence of complications, promote rapid recovery, and improve their quality of life, reflecting good nursing quality. It is recommended to apply it.
