Application Research of PDCA Principle in Medical Quality Management
医疗质量管理中PDCA原理的应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨分析PDCA循环法应用于医疗质量管理中的效果，探讨临床可应用价值。方法 选择210名患者进行研究，实验时间段设置在2021年3月至2022年12月，并将其两组均分，组内设置105名患者记名为对照组与实验组。对照组选择常规治疗管理，实验组选择优质PDCA循环模式医疗质量管理，对最终的康复质量进行评价，分析组间差异。结果 两组患者不良医疗操作状况进行对比分析后发现实验组内的管理质量相较于对照组来说明显更优数据进行对比分析，差异显著且具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 医院管理中针对患者进行护理干预时，需要尽可能的避免不良事件的发生，以此提高患者的安全性。

Abstract

Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of PDCA circulation method applied in medical quality management, and explore its clinical applicable value.
Methods: 210 patients were selected for the study, and the experimental period was set from March 2021 to December 2022. The two groups were equally divided. 105 patients in the group were designated as the control group and the experimental group. The control group selected routine treatment management, while the experimental group selected high-quality PDCA circulation mode medical quality management to evaluate the final rehabilitation quality and analyze the differences between the groups.
Results: After comparing and analyzing the adverse medical practices of the two groups of patients, it was found that the management quality in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group. The difference was significant and statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : When carrying out nursing interventions for patients in hospital management, it is necessary to avoid the occurrence of adverse events as much as possible, in order to improve the safety of patients.
