Study on the effect of early nursing intervention on incontinence dermatitis in patients with enteral nutrition
早期护理干预对肠内营养患者发生失禁性皮炎的效果研究

摘要

目的 早期护理干预对肠内营养患者发生失禁性皮炎的效果研究。方法 选择2021年2月-2023年2月我院收治的肠内营养患者发生失禁性皮炎患者48例，按照其入院时间的先后顺序将其分为对照组和观察组；对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组采用早期护理干预，对比两组患者发生失禁性皮炎的人数的病情严重程度，同时对比两组患者家属的护理满意度。结果 观察组的患者失禁性皮炎情况较对照组人数少，症状轻，且家属的护理满意度明显高于对照组差异均有统计学意义，P均﹤0.05。结论 对肠内营养患者实施早期的护理干预，可有效减少患者发生失禁性皮炎的概率，保证患者的肢体卫生，同时显著提高患者家属满意度，利于后续治疗开展，值得医学进行推广。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of early nursing intervention on the occurrence of incontinence dermatitis in patients with enteral nutrition. Method: 48 patients with incontinence dermatitis who underwent enteral nutrition in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the order of their admission time; The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received early nursing intervention. The severity of the condition was compared between the two groups of patients with incontinence dermatitis, and the nursing satisfaction of the families of the two groups of patients was also compared. Result: The number of patients with incontinence dermatitis in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group, and the symptoms were mild. The nursing satisfaction of family members was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Early nursing interventions for patients with enteral nutrition can effectively reduce the probability of developing incontinence dermatitis, ensure patient limb hygiene, and significantly improve patient family satisfaction, which is beneficial for subsequent treatment and worthy of medical promotion.
