Clinical significance and value analysis of irregular antibody testing before blood transfusion
输血前进行不规则抗体检验的临床意义与价值分析

摘要

目的 探讨输血前不规则抗体检验的临床价值。方法 将100例病人按有无进行输血前不规则抗体检验分成对照组和观察组，每组50例。观察组在输血前进行了不规则抗体检验，而对照组在输血前不进行不规则抗体检验。将两组病人输血后发生的输血反应进行比较，并对观察组病人进行不规则抗体检测。结果 观察组与对照组相比，观察组的不良反应为10.0%，对照组的不良反应为34.0%，有显著性差异（P<0.05）。观察组输血前进行不规则抗体检验之后，共发现5例患者有不规则抗体呈阳性，其中男2例，女3例，且3例女性患者均为妊娠期妇女。抗-M 3例，非特异性抗体1例，抗-D 1例。结论 输血患者进行输血前检测不规则抗体具有重要的临床价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of irregular antibody testing before blood transfusion.
Methods 100 patients were divided into a control group and an observation group based on the presence or absence of irregular antibody testing before blood transfusion, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group underwent irregular antibody testing before blood transfusion, while the control group did not undergo irregular antibody testing before blood transfusion. Compare the transfusion reactions of two groups of patients after blood transfusion, and perform irregular antibody testing on the observation group of patients.
Results Compared with the control group, the adverse reactions in the observation group were 10.0%, and the adverse reactions in the control group were 34.0%, with a significant difference (P<0.05). After conducting irregular antibody tests before blood transfusion in the observation group, a total of 5 patients were found to have positive irregular antibodies, including 2 males and 3 females, and all 3 female patients were pregnant women. There were 3 cases of anti M, 1 case of non-specific antibody, and 1 case of anti D.
Conclusion   Pre transfusion detection of irregular antibodies in blood transfusion patients has important clinical value.
