To observe the clinical effect of Yupingfeng Powder combined with Liujunzi decoction on children with hyperhidrosis
观察小儿多汗症使用玉屏风散合六君子汤加减治疗的临床效果

摘要

目的 分析小儿多汗症使用玉屏风散合六君子汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法 选择我院门诊2021年1月-2022年12月小儿多汗症患者共70例，随机数字表法随机分2组每组35例，对照组的患者给予常规治疗，观察组在该基础上增加玉屏风散合六君子汤加减治疗。比较两组症状缓解时间、治疗前后患者自汗、失眠、盗汗积分、总有效率、不良反应。结果 观察组症状缓解时间短于对照组，治疗后患者自汗、失眠、盗汗积分低于对照组，总有效率高于对照组，P＜0.05。两组治疗过程不良反应未见，P＞0.05。结论 常规方法联合玉屏风散合六君子汤加减治疗对于小儿多汗症的治疗效果确切。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of using Yupingfeng Powder and Liujunzi Decoction to treat hyperhidrosis in children.
Methods: A total of 70 children with hyperhidrosis were selected from our outpatient department from January 2021 to December 2022. They were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group by using a random number table method. The patients in the control group were given routine treatment, and the observation group was added with Yupingfeng Powder and Liujunzi Decoction on this basis. Compare the symptom relief time, spontaneous sweating, insomnia, night sweating scores, total effective rate, and adverse reactions between the two groups before and after treatment.
Results: The symptom relief time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group. After treatment, the scores of spontaneous sweating, insomnia, and night sweating in the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). There were no adverse reactions during treatment in both groups (P>0.05).
Conclusion  : Conventional therapy combined with Yupingfeng Powder and Liujunzi Decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on children with hyperhidrosis.
