急腹症使用彩超诊断的作用

摘要

目的 探讨分析急腹症使用彩超诊断的作用。方法 研究开发阶段所设定的时间范围在2021年1月-2022年12月，人员的选择是按照电脑软件既定程序完成，将该时间段内我院所接诊的70例接受急腹症治疗的患者签订为本次研究的最终探究目标，对参与本次研究的所有患者的资料进行回顾性分析，并对参与本次研究的所有患者均实施彩色多普勒超声检查，并将病理检查的结果作为金标准，根据最终所得结果对比分析。结果 出现脏器破裂、泌尿系结石、急性阑尾炎、急性胰腺炎、妇科急腹症以及胃穿孔症状的患者使用彩色多普勒超声诊断的作用下最终所得到的诊断准确度较高，同时综合所拥有的准确的为91.43%。结论 对于急腹症患者，为其通过使用彩超诊断的作用下，能够让临床对于急腹症这一症状的诊断准确率得到有效提升。

Abstract

Objective: To explore and analyze the role of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen.
Methods: The research and development stage was set for a time range from January 2021 to December 2022. The selection of personnel was completed in accordance with the established procedures of computer software. The final exploration goal of this study was to sign 70 patients who received treatment for acute abdomen in our hospital during this time period. The data of all patients participating in this study were retrospectively analyzed, and color Doppler ultrasound examinations were performed on all patients participating in this study, The results of the pathological examination were used as the gold standard for comparative analysis based on the final results obtained.
Results: Patients with visceral rupture, gallstone cholecystitis, acute appendicitis, acute pancreatitis, gynecological acute abdomen, and gastric perforation were diagnosed with high accuracy using color Doppler ultrasound, and the overall accuracy was 91.43%.
Conclusion  : For patients with acute abdomen, the use of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis can effectively improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of this symptom.
