Effect of standardized rehabilitation treatment on patients with lumbar disc herniation
规范化康复治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果

摘要

目的 分析规范化康复治疗在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的临床效果。方法 从我院2020-2022年期间选取42例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究分析对象，随机分配成观察组和对照组（各21例）。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组给予规范化康复治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果 治疗后，观察组患者JOA评分较对照组显著提高、VAS评分较对照组显著降低，P<0.05；观察组患者遗留腰痛发生率、遗留腿痛发生率、复发率与对照组相比较低，P<0.05；观察组治疗总有效率显著较对照组高，P<0.05。结论 规范化康复治疗在腰椎间盘突出症患者中疗效显著，不仅可减轻疼痛，还可改善腰椎功能，减少复发率，从而提高治疗效果，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of standardized rehabilitation treatment in patients with lumbar disc herniation.
Methods 42 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected from our hospital from 2020 to 2022 as the research and analysis objects, and randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group (21 cases each). The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was given standardized rehabilitation treatment. Observe the treatment effect of the two groups.
Results After treatment, the JOA score of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the VAS score was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of left back pain, left leg pain and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Standardized rehabilitation therapy has a significant effect in patients with lumbar disc herniation. It can not only relieve pain, but also improve lumbar function and reduce the recurrence rate, so as to improve the treatment effect, which is worthy of promotion.
